Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in original* condition with tags on. 
    We will STRICTLY not be accepting items with stains.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this point of time (exchange only).
  • Shipping fees will be born by customer.
  • We accept exchange for size of the same product with same colour.
  • If you wish to exchange for an item of higher price than the original price of the bought item, a top-up to match the item is required. The top-up will be based on the original price, excluding any discount or promo-code.
  • We do not accept exchange of apparels bought on pre-order, back-order, clearance, promotions, or final sale.
  • To expedite the exchange process, please indicate your order number on the parcel. Thank you.

 

Steps for Exchanges:

1) Please email us at cs@belovedactivewear.com with the following:

  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order Number
  • Colour & size of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for the return 
  • Color and size of replacement pair (for exchange)

Then we would let you know where to send your parcel to. 

2) All exchanges must be shipped via SF Express. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until our acknowledgement. 

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that doesn’t fulfill our returns policy.

3) Your parcel will be returned to you through SF Express with shipping fee collect at delivery. Any risk arising from the return and exchange process will be at your own cost.

Examples NOT Eligible for Exchange

  • Product with sewing line, small spot, crease that are not affecting the functionality of the product
  • Product that is stained with smell
  • Vary in colour due to display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices
