配送範圍

  • 標準配送服務地區包括香港島、九龍、新界、離島及澳門特別行政區。指定地區不設配送服務，包括但不限於︰大浪灣、羅湖、大澳、小蠔灣、蒲台島。  
  • 請勿以郵政信箱作為送貨地址。
  • 每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址，請按不同地址分開下單。
  • 星期日及公眾假期不提供送貨服務。

台灣

  • 全單滿港幣800元免順豐運費；
  • 全單港幣800元以下運費到付（1KG內順豐運費HK$60，請閣下收件時自行支付）

 

配送時間

  • 系統將會在收到訂單後24小時內發出確認電郵。所有貨品將於3日內寄出，希望客人盡快收到貨品。♡
  • 配送時間會依地區不同而影響送達時間，實際將以快遞公司之配送時間為主。
  • 以上說明為星期一至星期五，不包括星期六日及公衆假期。

 

其他費用

如因收件地址、電話資訊有誤或連絡不到收件人等無法投遞之情況，我們會先嘗試聯絡收件人確認收件資料，其中所產生的附加費用/更改費用，則由快遞公司自行向閣下收取。

 

產品色差

Local Shipping

  1. Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order date for in-stock items.
  2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information available.
  3. If your order contains any pre-order item, your order will be shipped once all items are ready to be dispatched.
  4. Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
